If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds
If you serve the cake/baked good/bread and feel there is a problem with the baking, do not throw it away. Please return it to us, so we can see what is wrong, and if there is something wrong we will replace it, refund your credit card or give you a Brown Sugar by Fiqa C gift card and will work with you to determine the acceptable solution.

We do require all cakes be paid for in advance of our making it.

Wedding cakes/big reception cakes need to be paid in full no later than one month in advance of the special day.

Should your event be postponed and we have not begun your cake, no problem, we’ll just move the date. Should your event be canceled and we have not begun your cake, we will provide you with a Brown Sugar by Fiqa C gift card which you can use online or direct order. Should we have already begun your cake, we will be unable to provide a gift card, and recommend you still enjoy it or donate it to a charity who we know will appreciate it.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
